National SNAP-Ed Report FY2010 -- The national SNAP-Ed report “Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed) through the Land-Grant University System for FY2010: A Retrospective Review” is now available. This report was created in response to an identified need to have baseline data for the final year, FY2010, before the changes from the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 were enacted. The report was funded by a SNAP-Ed assessment from the Extension Directors/Administrators. It was written by Dr. Julie Sexton of Mississippi State University. Dr. Helen Chipman of NIFA served as the Project Director. The report is valuable in understanding and explaining the Land-Grant University System capacity, commitment, and contribution to SNAP-Ed: http://msucares.com/archive/2012/snap-ed/snap-ed.html (To obtain a hard copy please send your mailing address to email@example.com).
