New Book Asks Can Extension Change? - The Innovation Imperative book was developed from a 2016 innovation report submitted to the Extension Committee on Organization and Policy (ECOP). It is a collection of creative insights from 17 Cooperative Extension leaders and innovations from 12 land grant universities about 1. Innovation in leadership, 2. Innovation in learner engagement, 3. Positive change in Cooperative Extension culture, and 4. Innovation in hiring practices.
